"Know what your doing in the gym, but want that support to keep you on track? Online coaching is the perfect option for you . Working with you on a four week block, we can work together and make regular adjustments where necessary. Included in this package is my complete guide to training IBook, including a HIIT cardio plan to assist the programme. Also, you will get built a macronutrient tailored diet plan that is changed and adjusted every four weeks. All progress is measured through weekly checkins via email or text message."

Diet Plan

Here I set you up on My Fitness Pal which is a free smartphone app that tracks diet and nutrition to determine optimal calorie intake to fit your goals. Doing all the hard and complicated maths for you, I then build you a 7- day macronutrient diet plan based on foods your like and enjoy! The key here is consistency and building the right plan from the start! The good thing about using "If it fits your macros" approach is it allows for flexible dieting, and after you have completed the 7-days, you will understand how to replace foods, add foods in and make meals fit within your diet! This plan will educate you to ensure you maintain the necessary steps to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
